  • Fleet Air Arm Museum launch discount scheme for local residents to enjoy what’s on their doorstep
  • 30%* off all tickets will give savings year-round and unlimited visits to one of the region’s biggest visitor attractions
  • This huge discount is now available to locals with BA, TA, DT and SP postcodes, running through to 09 February 2024

Discounted limitless days out for a year are now possible for residents in BA, TA, DT and SP postcodes as the region's biggest visitor attraction launches a special winter-long offer with up to 30% savings on all tickets.

The Fleet Air Arm Museum is home to Europe’s largest naval aircraft collection. With over 100 aircraft, 2 million records, artefacts and objects visitors are sure to find something that will capture their imagination. The museum is also home to Concorde 002, the first British prototype Concorde which visitors can climb aboard.

The newest exhibit for 2023 is Barracuda Live: The Big Rebuild, come and be blown away by the incredible story of the Barracuda and Fleet Air Arm Museum’s 50-year journey to rebuild the aircraft. This remarkable project has been underway since the 1970s. Led by the Fleet Air Arm Museum, their ambitious mission is to reconstruct a complete (non-flying) Barracuda aircraft in the Arthur Kimberley Viewing Gallery which opened in September 2023.

Visitors can also enjoy the newly updated Aircraft Carrier Experience, an immersive journey of discovery through the evolution of Aircraft Carriers from the dawn of naval air warfare. This progresses through the heyday of jet aviation right up to the workings of the modern-day Queen Elizabeth Class Carriers.

Marc Farrance, General Manager of the Fleet Air Arm Museum, shares his thoughts on the scheme; ‘We are delighted to launch this offer for local residents following the success of a similar initiative last year. It’s a great incentive to those living locally to re-visit the Museum, or even discover our galleries for the first time. The discounted tickets represent great value at a difficult time for everyone, especially given they are valid for a year. We encourage all ticket holders to keep on returning and see our positive changes over the last year or so. We have a great regular mix of ongoing programming and activities during school holiday periods for all the family to enjoy, time and time again.’
