5 things to do on board HMS Caroline this Easter

This Easter, HMS Caroline has lots of activities that the whole family can enjoy.

From exploring the ship through with our Easter trail to cracking codes in our signal school – there’s plenty to see and do.

Don’t forget all of our activities are included as part of your ticket. What’s more, all of our tickets are valid for 12 months, this means that you can visit the ship as many times as you like for no extra cost!

Here are some of our must do’s for families this Easter:

Explore the ship through our Bunny Trail

Step on board and explore the ship through our Bunny Trail inspired by Blücher the rabbit who lived on board with the crew during the First World War. Make sure to answer the questions and look for clues along the way. Don’t forget to pick up your prize in the shop when you have completed the trail!

*Our Bunny Trail will be available between 19th - 28th April

Dress up like a sailor

Keep a look out for our dressing up box which features a sailor’s collar and hat, a mermaid tail and much more. Don’t forget to take a picture!

Learn how to communicate with a signal lamp

Make sure to visit our Signal School where you can learn how to crack codes, decode cyphers or signal ships. You can also learn more about the pets who lived on board HMS Caroline during the First World War.

Meet the Captain

When you are on board make sure to keep an eye out for HMS Caroline’s Captain as he patrols the ship.

Captain Puppet will be available from 22nd – 23rd April.
