Action Stations provides a modern space to hire with two available spaces including the horizons suite and auditorium. Whether you need a space to train staff or holding a conference – our facilities offer flexible spaces for all occasions and events.
The Auditorium
The Auditorium is the perfect venue to hold large-scale conferences/events with state of the art audio and visual technology. Used as a cinema and conference space, the auditorium offers comfortable seating as well as the ability to add a breakout area perfect for exhibitor stands, networking and catering.
The hire of the auditorium includes:
- In-house technician to help set up audio and visual equipment
- Use of laptop, lectern with light and microphones
- State of the art projector and large cinema screen
- Large open first floor space for up to 30 stands/exhibitors and catering
Hire cost:
80 – 149 delegates - £12.50 + VAT per delegate
150 – 275 delegates - £10.00 + VAT per delegate
Horizons suite
The horizon suite offers a variable space inside a circular room. The spacious area can be used for meetings, product launches or private parties. Alternatively, if you hire the auditorium, the space can be moved to accommodate exhibition style stands or additional space to break out into. The suite can be adapted to your needs with prices starting from £750 + VAT for a full day hire. Hire includes:
- Large modern screen and projectors
- Use of PC
- State of the art AV equipment
- Use of lectern with light, microphones and sound system
- In-house technical support
- Event management
