SeaMore fundraising supported at London event

The Vice Chief of the Defence Staff (VCDS), General Sir Gordon Messenger and over sixty prominent supporters attended a reception at the Army & Navy Club in London last night in aid of the SeaMore campaign.

The evening was supported by Collingwood Royal Marines Band and included speeches by VCDS and NMRM Trustee and SeaMore Project Board Chair Major General Jeff Mason.

Guests were drawn from a range of backgrounds including corporate prospects, Royal Marines supporters and even the Falklands Island Government.

The speeches reflected the exciting opportunity SeaMore offers to transform NMRN’s offer for future generation of visitors. They also showed the level of senior support for the project.

Thank you to those who supported the event and to the staff team who put the evening together.
