Friends of the Museums of the National Museum of the Royal Navy

Each of the NMRN's Core Museums has its own Society of Friends

Society of Friends of the Fleet Air Arm Museum

Set up in 1979, the society actively supports the museum through a programme of events, monthly talks and activities.

Members receive a range of benefits including free entry to the museum, with reduced rates for up to three guests.

The Friends of the Royal Marines Museum

Friends can benefit from previews to Special Exhibitions, organised visits to other museums and places of interest, seasonal parties and dinners in the Museum.

The Friends of the Royal Naval Museum and HMS Victory

The Friends of the National Museum of the Royal Navy (Portsmouth) also incorporate HMS Victory. They produce an award winning magazine, Scuttlebutt, copies of which can be downloaded here.

Friends of the Royal Navy Submarine Museum

The Friends are an active, involved society working to preserve the heritage of the Submarine Service through its Museum.
